In Lk.18 Immanuel-Christ-Jesus spoke a parable of the widow, and the unjust judge. This is a good warning of many unjust judges. Examples of good judges is cited in Ex. 18. However, this parable is Not about the unjust judge.
Men (mankind) ought to always pray, and not faint (lose heart, become discouraged).
"Avenge me of mine adversary."
After a while the unjust judge moved on the widow's behalf.
And shall not GOD avenge HIS Own Elect, which cry day and night unto HIM, though HE bear long with them?
I tell you that HE will average them speedily.
Short and Sweet: our LORD is Just. HE knows what troubles us: stay constantly in contact with the LORD. Not "vain reps."
ReplyDeleteThe LORD considers it a Righteous thing to take care of them that trouble us. We're on assignment ➖ stayfocusedmyfriends.
"Avenge" Lk.18:3 = to vindicate, retaliate, punish, (re-)venge.🔱
ReplyDelete2 Thes. 1:6
ReplyDelete"Recompense" = render, repay: penalty, vengence.
"Hear my cry O GOD(Elohim); Attend unto my prayer."
ReplyDeleteI lift up the Righteous before You; I speak the Blood of Immanuel-Christ-Jesus covering of them. I invoke Justice for all of us ➖ "avenge us of our adversary." Justice in the Name of Immanuel-Christ-Jesus, Amen⚫
